Please, Tell Me It Was A Lie

I managed to get out of my job earlier than usual tonight, so I decided to call up Donnie. I was hoping that he would be able to help get me in to speak to Diana again. Afterall, I know she's hiding more information from me, and she will only talk to me about anything involving Him.

Me: Hey Donnie, it's Lucien.

Donnie: Hey Lucien, I haven't heard from you in awhile. I guess business picked up for you.

Me: You can say that again. One of my co-workers has just disappeared out of nowhere, and I have to take on the extra hours now. I'm getting physically drained from it all.

Donnie: Understandable, afterall, I've had my plate full with these missing person's cases for awhile. There's never any rest.

Me: Speaking of which, I was hoping I could ask a favor of you.

Donnie: What's that?

Me: I need to speak to Diana again.

Donnie: (Silent for a moment, then speaks up) Why do you need to talk to her again?

Me: Well, the truth is......(I hesitated for a moment, because I needed to carefully word what I was gonna say), she was helpful to us before, and maybe she could be helpful to us for the cases again.

Donnie: Yeah, thanks to you talking to her, we did learn a few new things. However, there is a serious problem with this now.

Me: What's the problem? They discovered I wasn't a junior cop and I can't go back?

Donnie: No, something even bigger.

Me: What could possibly be bigger?

Donnie: The cases were taken from me. My department is no longer allowed to cover anything related to these missing persons.

Me: Taken from you? Who has the authority to do that? You're the Chief of Police!

Donnie: That fact doesn't matter. When the FBI comes along and says the cases belong to them, I cannot argue with it, or else I lose my job.

Me: (gulps) The FBI?

Donnie: Yeah. They came into my office a few days ago. Typical black suit agents and such. They seemed like lackeys, and I couldn't get any names. But one of them put a letter on my desk and simply said "Read it. These are your new instructions." It beared the official FBI insignia and letterhead, so I knew it was legit. The letter basically said that since my department was unable to make any headway in the missing persons cases, and that we had lost too many children to this point, the FBI would be taking over the cases. All files, information and such were to be handed over to them immediately. I had already made copies for myself, so I willingly handed over the originals.

Me: Who was the letter signed by? (I said this with a little bit of fear in my voice, afraid of the response)

Donnie: It was printed, signed, and insignia stamped by a man named Fisk.

Me: (My stomach dropped immediately, and I felt like I turned white at the mention of that name) Fisk? I guess it's pretty serious then if the FBI is taking over.

Donnie: Yeah, it is. But that's not stopping me. I'm still gonna do my own........

Me: Be careful what you say, Donnie. You don't know if they are listening in on the conversation.

Donnie: Good point. We should meet up sometime soon, I'll explain more in person. And I'll see what I can do for you in the other query of yours. The cases may not be mine, but I still have some pull around here.

Me: Thanks Donnie. I'll get back in touch with you next time I'm available.

Donnie: No problem, Lucien. Goodnight.

The FBI. Fisk. They are in my town. My home. And I'm scared.

Why did they come here?

They took over Zeke's cases and started hunting him down.

They began investigating into Celeste as well.

Are they going to come after me too? Or.....my sister?

And now, to top it all off, it seems that my stalker on youtube has left me a new video. Its a little old, apparently posted a few days after I got home from my vacation.

Oh Luke

I'm terrible with things like this, so if anybody can help me decode the audio in that video, it would be greatly appreciated.

I need to sleep. Or else I may have a bit of a breakdown.

  1. Seems like it's possible. They're most likely going to keep directly targeting anyone they see as a threat to their secrecy. On the bright side, at least the CPS isn't as corrupted as I thought it was. It's probably best to lay low for awhile. I just hope this doesn't turn out like Celeste's situation.

As for the video, I regret to say I do not have the materials needed to decode video audio. Sorry. :[

  3. Took a listen to the audio....not sure what to make of it. Kind of reminds me of the Number Stations broadcasts used to send codes to people. I tried manipulating it and no luck. I will keep looking though
